Which operating software (Windows, etc.) supports the service?
To date,our soft phone client can run only in Windows XP & VISTA operation system.
Can I use the service with a Macintosh computer?
Not at this moment but that is under development.
Can I operate the softphone in 2 places at the same time?
Yes. You can be connected to the software from 2 places, but you can only receive calls on a PC where the SIM is connected.
Can I define a group of different contact persons?
Yes. You can do this by choosing "Contacts" and then choose “Groups.” Under this category there are possibilities of creating personal groups.
Can I define speed dials for contact persons?
Yes. Defining speed dials is done under "Preferences".
How can I delete contacts from my contact list?
Under “Contacts” you have the option to delete or add contacts or groups.
During software installation a non-approved window (that is: Softphone) of Vista appears – should I accept or not?
Accept; otherwise the installation process cannot be completed.
Is use of SIM a must?
No, SIM is optional .There is no problem using Skuku without SIM.
I inserted the SIM but it does not work
You must be an Administrator in order to use SIM option.
